Custom Order Guidelines

All artwork must be submitted as complete print-ready digital files and should conform to the specifications found below:

All digital images should be high resolution files of 300 DPI or higher.
Images must be submitted in one of the following formats: .JPG, .PSD (Adobe Photoshop), .EPS, .AI (Adobe Illustrator) or .PDF (Adobe Acrobat).
Each point of sublimation (front or back of hat/shirt) must be submitted as one image file, sized exactly as it is to be printed on the product. For example- all sponsor logos for the back of a shirt must be sized and arranged exactly as you would like them to appear and submitted as a single image.
Artwork PMS colors should be submitted with artwork.

Proofs

Once an image is received, a proof (sublimated or embroidered swatch) will be created to the customer’s specifications (size, placement and color information must be provided).
A photograph will be sent to the customer for approval.
If requested, the proof can be mailed to the Customer (this will add additional days to the production time).
Proofs that are not approved for failing to meet the customer’s original specifications will be redone at no extra charge.
Changes or additions to the images by the Customer that require additional proofs will be charged at 50% of the graphic set up fee ($25 for sublimation and $50 for embroidery) per additional proof.
Any time art must be created or modifications must be made (color changes, logo arrangement, image changes, or image/text editing), art services will be billed at $120.00 per hour, with a one hour minimum.
Once artwork is approved, payment will be charged in full.

Customers warrant that all images supplied for reproduction, whether digital, conventional or otherwise, are unencumbered by copyright and other usage rights connected to the image(s) andagree to hold harmless and indemnify SweatVac for all claims and expenses for any actions in law that may result from the use of these images.
