How do I order custom Ragnar products?

Ragnar custom products can be easily ordered via the specially designed Ragnar Relay Team Apparel ordering page on our website.

How much do custom Ragnar products cost and what is included?

All Ragnar custom product pricing is available on the Ragnar Relay Team Apparel ordering page. This per unit pricing includes one standard, full-color, custom sublimation logo, artwork set-up fees, and UPS ground shipping.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 12 unit minimum. This minimum can be met by combining any of our customizable products utilizing the same custom logo. You may mix & match styles, colors, gender, or sizes to achieve the minimum.

How long does it take to produce my custom products?

Standard production time for Ragnar custom orders is 3-4 weeks. Order deadlines for each Ragnar event is 6 weeks prior to the event to allow for ample production and shipping time.

Can I submit an order after the deadline for my race?

Yes, but orders received after this deadline may be subject to rush and/or expedited shipping costs. Please contact us if you are submitting an order late and we will do our best to make your order work.

How do I submit my custom artwork? How big can I make my team logo on the shirts?

Custom artwork and logos can be uploaded during the ordering process on the Ragnar Relay Team Apparel ordering page. Artwork size parameters, required resolution, and specific file formats can be found on our Race Team Order Guidelines page.

What is dye-sublimation? How is this different than screen printing?

Dye transfer sublimation is a process in which an image is dyed directly into the fabric. In traditional screen printing, an image is rendered in ink that then bonds with the fabric and sits on top of it. Sublimation is different in that it utilizes dyes that actually permeate the fabric, making your image completely and totally permanent. Another benefit of dye-sublimation is that it is a digital transfer process allowing for full-color logos at no additional charge. Read more about our dye-sublimation process.

Can I put logos on both the front and back of our team shirts?

Yes, for an additional $5/shirt we can sublimate a second logo onto any of our short sleeve shirts, long sleeve shirts or tanks. If you wish to order shirts with more than one logo, please use this Ragnar Team Order Form.

Is the Ragnar logo included on the team shirts?

Yes, all short and long sleeve shirts have a co-branded Ragnar logo on the right sleeve. All tanks have a co-branded Ragnar logo on the bottom, right back.
