Returns & Exchanges

Sweatvac offers an unconditional guarantee with all of our products. If you are dissatisfied in anyway, we will fully refund your credit card for the amount of the returned item upon receipt.

If you wish to return or exchange any part of your order, please ship your item(s) back to us via your preferred shipping method.  Items sent but not received by SweatVac will NOT receive credit for the return. 

If you receive a damaged or defective item or believe you have received an item in error, we will be happy to replace it for you immediately.

Returns

Exchanges 

Please return unused items with tags attached along with the original sales receipt. Please provide instructions for the items you wish to exchange. Sweatvac does not pay for your cost to return items, but we will ship newly exchanged items for free via our Standard USPS First Class shipping. Please send exchange items to:
